Going from this apartment complex to a larger one where management is in charge of three buildings especially made me appreciate how 3020 was managed/maintained. "We have loved our time living at 3020 On the Rail. From the start, the management and maintenance have been friendly and responsive. As a grad student, I was looking for a quiet and convenient place to live, and this building accomplished both. They also have great security, and I have always felt safe while being here. We loved utilizing the shared gym space and the underground parking in the winter months. One advantage to this apartment would be how spacious the units are. It was nice to have space for visitors and separate places to study. Overall would recommend 3020 On the Rail to anyone looking in the Prospect Park area!"
