Step 2: The team at In The City Apartments will review the details you provide and make sure there is an available rental match. 

Step 3: In the next 48 hours (business days), keep an eye out in your email inbox and double-check your spam folders. Our team will reach out and notify you if there is a match or not. If there is, you will receive an official application link where you can fill out your details and pay your application fee.

Please note: we will never request credit card details via email/outside of our secure application platform. If you are ever unsure if any communication is legitimate, please reach out directly to us via the email address listed on our contact page.

Please note we allow a maximum of 2 pets (1 dog) in our pet friendly buildings.

"We have loved our time living at 3020 On the Rail. From the start, the management and maintenance have been friendly and responsive. As a grad student, I was looking for a quiet and convenient place to live, and this building accomplished both. They also have great security, and I have always felt safe while being here. We loved utilizing the shared gym space and the underground parking in the winter months. One advantage to this apartment would be how spacious the units are. It was nice to have space for visitors and separate places to study. Overall would recommend 3020 On the Rail to anyone looking in the Prospect Park area!"

"This place is everything you want out of an apartment complex. Clean, friendly neighbors, quiet, and competent responsible management. My request to add more bike space was promptly met with more bike racks in the garage. I moved downtown for other reasons but otherwise would have stayed for much longer.

Appliances and apartment itself were high quality. Noise through floors is minimal. Close to public transport, right next to CUB."

"I loved living at 3020! The quality was exceptional. Everything in the apartment was updated, my (corner) unit was very spacious with beautiful natural lighting, things were quiet and safe, and Dan was a wonderful landlord. Maintenance requests were answered very quickly, and he's always pleasant to interact with. Going from this apartment complex to a larger one where management is in charge of three buildings especially made me appreciate how 3020 was managed/maintained. If I hadn't relocated out of the cities, I definitely would have re-signed. Thank you Dan!"

"My husband and I lived at MN46 and were very happy with our experience. The building is quiet, clean, well-managed, and has friendly neighbors.
Dan is amazing to work with! He is respectful and kind and was always quick to respond to our inquiries. The building is within one block of Minnehaha Falls, Cub Foods, and neighborhood coffee shops!
